Hot pepper relish

This is my first batch of HOT pepper relish! It turned out pretty good. I am glad since pepper are in abundance in my garden, this is a great way to use them up. Making relish is pretty simple to do. Just got to be careful when removing the seeds!!

Garden Goodness

This is my first post. I am fairly new to blogging so I will keep it short and sweet. I thought I would open up by posting some photos of my garden. Currently we are at the height of canning/harvest season! All of my garden goodies did great, except my tomatoes. It just simply wasn't as warm of a summer as we usually are used to. Anyway, I picked and canned plenty of green beans, pickles, cabbage, peaches, and onions. Here are a few pics. It is so rewarding to see your hard work pay off. We will now enjoy this wonderful (preservative free) food all winter!
