Another buggy crash!

Motorists must slow down when approaching any slow moving vehicle especially amish buggies! We are driving distracted more than ever these days. We lost another local amish person due to a vehicle - buggy collision. It's the 4th one in a month! Very sad. This time it was a little 7 year old amish boy.
